Terms & Conditions of Trade

 

Thank you for choosing Liz Zed Creations papers.  The following Terms and Conditions are strictly enforced to protect our legitimate Wholesale Customers and we reserve the right to refuse without explanation.

 

Please complete this form and return to us either by fax or post, along with copies of your Business Registration Certificate and a copy of your ABN Certificate

 

1.            To enable you to purchase at wholesale prices we require the following minimum order requirements to be met:

 

              Minimum opening order:                   $250

              Minimum re order:                           $100

              Re-orders under the minimum will be charged retail minus 10%

 

2            Payment before dispatch of order is required – Liz Zed Creations does not hold accounts.  Payment by direct deposit is preferred.  Orders will not be dispatched until we have received payment, or notification of payment if paying by direct deposit.  All goods remain the property of Liz Zed Creations until cleared funds are received.  As such, any insurance costs applicable during the delivery period are the responsibility of the customer.

 

3.           Orders will be sent by Australia Post unless alternative arrangements are requested.  Postage & packaging is charged at cost.

 

4.           Items out of stock will not be automatically back-ordered.  Liz Zed Creations reserves the right to substitute paper colours if necessary.

 

5.           We charge a $25 restocking fee for orders changed or cancelled after invoicing.
